Larry Low, a partner in the San Francisco office, is a member of the Emerging Companies Group. He focuses his practice on emerging growth companies and has extensive experience in start-up structure formation, venture financing and public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Low also advises companies and investors in cross border transactions involving Asia.
Mr. Low was appointed in 1995 by President Clinton as one of four U.S. representatives to serve on the panel of arbitrators of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Low was the founding partner of the San Francisco office of Preston Gates & Ellis where he served as a member of its executive committee and as office managing partner.
