The Committee of 100 Asian American Career Ceilings Initiative webinar titled, “Asian American Career Ceilings: The 20 Million Project,” was held on June 14, 2023. The webinar featured a discussion followed by a four-minute video created by one of the 2022 Committee of 100 Next Generation Project Teams, explaining the key elements of the Asian American Career Ceiling challenge. The 20 Million Project was a community service project created by one of the teams in the Committee of 100’s Next Generation Leaders program Class of 2022, led by Dustin Ling, Allen Chen, and Marrian Zhou. Other project members include Douglas Yoon, Ben Wei, Lei Wang, John Lian. Committee of 100 member Peter Young mentored the team and served as the moderator for this event.
